How to get to the club >

New Member Pathway

As a new member to the club, we understand there is a lot to take in - from where the changing rooms are to how many repetitions to complete on the leg press!

To make this journey as easy as possible, we have created a new member pathway. Consisting of various appointments with a fitness professional we will ensure that within your first 30 days of membership you are fully competent in the club and well on the way with your fitness programme.

From your first visit to the club we will ensure you are on the right track to achieving your health and fitness goals.

With 4 personalised appointments in your first 6 weeks of membership we will cover the following:

  • Cardiovascular programming
  • Strength programming, including our brand new Human SportŠ equipment range
  • Abdominal and core training
  • Introduction of isolation exercises
  • Stretch guidance

And within this you will also receive a complementary 30 minute personal training session.
